About Us
The TCFRN began operations in April of 1995. We are a non profit agency made up of family, community and organizational representatives. We provide local resource coordination and use our skills and expertise to plan and coordinate a wide range of family and community centered programming.
We serve as the "umbrella agency" for AHPAT and the TCFRC,
providing fiscal managment and technical assistance for these programs. We also coordinate and administer the Warm The Children & Back Pack Buddies projects and a wide range of child abuse and other prevention programming in Tucker County.

WV Department of Health and Human Resources Beaureu for Children and Families as well as the Office of Maternal and Child Health, Team for WV Children, Tucker Community Care, Dominion Power and the generous donations from various agencies and individuals from across the state.
